"There was a fire alarm situation and the clerk was telling everyone it’s ok to go up to our rooms without having had the fire department clear the hotel. On top of that I asked 4 times from the day I checked in for a shower chair, for a room that was accessible, the chair should be offered at check in or already in the bathroom. The one time I asked the clerk said’ it’s kinda hectic right now. "

"My only complaint was the late noise in the hallways but I understand that those responsible were removed from the hotel. Still could have used a good nights sleep before getting on the road. "

"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. My problem is I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool; however, it was "closed for maintenance". I went in and it looked fine to me. The hot tub was bubbling. I would call before booking if you are counting on the pool being open. "
