"The location is fantastic; it is in the Gothic District and very close to many museums and churches. However, the hallways inside the hotel are very dark. It doesn't match the vibe of the lobby which is modern and bright. The service people are just ok. They are not too friendly. They need to smile little bit to make the guest feel welcomed. "

"Evrything was great with the Staff which was very helpfull and friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained like new. The bad things were: We didn't like very much the room even though it was confortable and big enough, but it was an interior room with a small window to an interior small opening to a patio, which means that we didn't have any view and minimum natural light.
