"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. "Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "
