"Great location. One night stay in family room which was perfectly set out with kids feeling like they had their own room and we had a good space to ourselves aswell to relax while they were sleeping. The staff were very friendly and accommodating letting us grab drinks from the bar and take to room. Even opened us a bottle of our own wine to take up!! Would definitely book here again when in Whitby again. For the price I doubt could get anything nearly as good as this. Parked right across the...

"Really nice hotel. The staff member i met was helpful. I had a small single room which had everything i needed for my short stay. It was clean and looked well maintained. I didn't have any meals there but the dining rooms looked clean and well decorated. I would stay again."

"Really comfy place. Room was spot on. When the gentleman showed me the room. He noticed a mark on the duvet. (It was nothing really). It looked like they’d maybe rested the vacuum on the bed & it had left a bit of dirt. The gentleman changed the duvet cover there & then. I ordered my breakfast & unfortunately I slept in. When I left I apologised & they couldn’t have been nicer about it. Spot on place , would stay again."
