"I stayed here while visit Durham for a family reunion and I can’t wait to come back again."

"The property was not very well maintained. The furniture was pretty beat up and drains in the sink were clogged. Tile grout was not clean. "

"This property was undergoing renovations when we stayed. The new facilities were sparkling clean, and the furnishings were modest. The bed was comfortable. One of the bulbs in the night table lamp was defective. The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom contained the plumbing for the sink and was clearly not insulated - lots of noise. All the plumbing is extra noisy. If you stay there, look carefully for the heavy curtain behind the sheer curtain. It is the same color as the wall and...

"The owners are very kind. The inside of the rooms are very very clean. They have cable TV and a fridge and microwave. No bugs or dust anywhere. The area was so quiet and close to Duke hospital as well. Would highly recommend and me and my family will defiantly stay here the next time we are in the area. "
