Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! Located near multiple shopping areas and a short drive to UNC for our son’s game. "We got this house because it was the only thing we could find that was affordable in Durham for a family my size. It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "We needed a place to stay for our son's wedding that could accommodate our immediate family, my parents and niece and nephew. There was the right amount of rooms and beds for us. The house is eclectic. The location worked well for us. We appreciated having enough parking on property. We just wish all the windows had privacy blinds.
