"..but the walls not going all the way up felt a little strange. The windows to the hall and family room were actually a little fun. The bathroom is finished so cheaply. Chocolates only, no water, no coffee. Too many fake plants everywhere. Didn't love the entry to the building. I did like the brick walls and the location was pretty good. Can park in the lot if you are lucky, otherwise you have to walk a block to the garage."

The home itself was beautifully decorated and very VERY clean. The bed was AMAZING. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this host and property to anyone visiting the area or looking for a nice retreat. "

"The location of the property to downtown is awesome. It is a short walk to some of Durham’s best restaurants and bars. The property was easy in and out and parking was not a problem at all. The only negative I would say was that the neighbor above was rather heavy footed and loud. Otherwise you really didn’t hear anything. I would recommend this property. "

"Great spot that was right in the heart of everything. The space is very bright and spacious for a studio, and had all the necessary amenities. If there’s a drawback, it’s the bar upstairs. A little noisy till 2:30 in the morning, but we’re old. Kids and younger folks would love it. Alva was really helpful and kind. Will definitely stay there again, just not on a weekend given the noise level"

"Good location and ease of parking. The townhome is roomy and the 1/2 bath on the ground floor is a plus. Private and quiet. Good mattress, linens and towels. Well-stocked kitchen. Furnishings and decor are very simple but adequate and a second night stand plus reading lamps would be convenient. Would stay here again."

"The toilet was not cleaned...I do believe truly an oversight but that was a bit yucky to have to do. I'd have liked to see some tupperware bowls, aluminum foil and or baggies for leftovers. Location was great!! Overall though I would recommend this to friends."
