"We enjoyed our stay at 21C with the exception of a few things. The facilities themselves had a few issues including no working AC in our room, limited elevator access, and some issues with the outlets in the room. However that being said, the staff was WONDERFUL. Each issue we had they handled professionally and with the utmost apologies. "Good place, nice folks. Built not very soundproofed and you can hear noise and others in the hall and the elevator opening and closing. I was far down the hall from the elevator and it and the vending machine echoed down the hall. Could hear the next room's TV and conversations quite loudly. Final day early morning the next property over undder my window had a garbage truck making a horrible racket tipping garbage bins and slamming them up and down into the truck around twilight.
