"i had an issue with my hotel reservation through expedia, Dani and Maria at the front desk gave me the phone to expedia and went ahead and booked us a room, while we waited for expedia to resolve the payment issue which took our an hour. They were friendly and extremely helpful."

"Stayed at 2 Extended Stay hotels. The first in Hillsboro, OR and the second in Lisle Chicago. Both were accommodating. Staff was nice at both places and the rooms were clean. However, both could use updates. At the first the lamp in the room needed repairs and was propped up behind the chair. Pots that we borrowed looked like they had seen better days. At the second one in Chicago the staff let us in after midnight when our transportation was delayed. However, the staff was preoccupied at...
