Staff great, room clean and comfy. That said, Our room was next to the pool which was pretty loud w/ guests playing music. Just annoying for a couple hours, but not enough to complain about. Overall a good experience!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Leroy in the breakfast room got me foil to wrap my breakfast sandwich before I left for the airport and kept the area so clean and organized. Ida at the front desk let me know I will be receiving bonus points towards another stay-I wasn't aware. Jaden helped me use the computer in the business center and stayed with me until I was able to print out my boarding passes for my trip home. Also, the amenities were great-use of the coffee maker in the lobby and the filtered water machine, the pool area and spa were great and kept very clean. The room was spotless. Everything worked well in the room-even the door card opened the room everytime. So many hotels I've stayed at had problems with the door card not working.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! The hotel common areas and rooms were extraordinarily clean and they had extra amenities like a water cooler, a coffee machine that offered all kinds of fancy coffee drinks along with tea selections and a well maintained and well appointed work out room. There were plenty of stores in the vicinity and it is on a main road, but the rooms were still quiet and there was plenty of parking. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a lovely stay!

They put us in a room with a soaking wet carpet that smelled of mold. When I plugged in my phone I was electrocuted. They would not refund me or even offer to comp me from their store. They put me in a smaller room with a smaller bed that does not compare on price point. In fact I'm out about 30 bucks. And the bed is broken there is a huge hole/dip in one side of the bed! I did not want to yet again complain so I'll call corporate in the morning. I just wanted a night away with my partner instead I feel sick from that room and with our joint issues it makes it hard to sleep in a broken bed. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

The room looks dated however it was clean & functional. It had a refrigerator, microwave, cable TV/internet, coffee maker, iron/ironing board, & hair dryer. While there's a refrigerator, there are no bottles of water. There's a vending machine where bottled water/soda can be purchased. There are many outlets to charge appliances. However, there's no place to charge appliances requiring USB charging cables. Check in is after 3pm & check out dr 11am. Breakfast is included in my booking but I can't comment as I'll only get the opportunity to try it tomorrow morning.
