The room was clean. The people were nice & friendly. We had checked in on line prior to arriving. We did the pre-pay online through Expedia & we’re charged again by Best Western for the room & deposit. We hope in the future it does not happen again.

Black mold intm the washroom. When we notified staff, they said that they were aware of the mold, but didn't offer any solution, etc. Was told that the pool was open 24hrs, but it was not.

Nice hotel, easy to find, close to a highway. Ample free car parking. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There are a few restaurants within walking distance.

The rates are reasonable, location convenient, but the highway noise was unbearable, they did provide earplugs but didn’t get a decent nights sleep in the 4 days I was there. The idea of a hotel is to sleep right?? Not happening here ! 1 Star!

It was way too noisy. The staff was fine, but loud all night from upstairs, noise in hallways was overly loud as well. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but am planning to try somewhere else after this overall experience.

The motel is located conveniently to several attractions. We could travel to Moda Center, OMSI, and Portland Zoo in about 15 minutes. That said, it is also located just off the freeway, so there is traffic noise that may bother some patrons. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, staff were nice, and the room was clean.
