I stayed on the first floor, it was pretty noisy due to employees talking in the hallway. I’m sure they were not aware that guests can hear that loud. But it’s pretty disturbing when I was trying to rest. But I would go there again due to a value.

Excellent location, near Washington Square Mall and other stores. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Facility probably needs some maintenance, or at least the room that we stayed in. Carpet was quite dirty and the entire bathroom seemed rundown such as the bathtub, toilet seat and the door.

I made a reservation after the “allowed cancellation time” and couldn’t cancel. The check in receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I contacted Expedia to see if I could get help to get my money returned since I NEVER checked in. I was supposed to have a refund for a stay I never checked in for already and even Expedia is having trouble with this hotel. I don’t recommend ANYONE should stay here.

Doors did not seal tight so lots of light and noise came through from the hallway. This morning the water to the property was shut off and guests were not informed ahead, so could not take a shower or brush my teeth or even flush the toilet.

They were constantly talking and laughing after 11pm and starting at 5;30am, this includes the breakfast setup staff who were banging carts and other things during setup
