"Very happy with the location. It takes a few minutes to walk from the main road down the secure pedestrian shopping and eatery street. The hotel is located in a older neighborhood with various styles of buildings within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond expectations during our three day stay. They even met us at the road entrance to show us the way to the hotel. Unlimited coffee, bottled water and snacks were always available. "

"The staff were very friendly and helped us book taxis and Tiananmen square as well as letting us check in early, providing bottled water and letting us leave our bags in the hotel upon check out. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."
