"My check-in was... "interesting"! I arrived in Saigon after midnight due to a late night flight, but despite sending a message to the hotel regarding this, no one seemed to be aware of my late arrival or even my reservation. The owner arrived from a a different location and she gave me a lift on her moped to another hotel. The room I was offered is outstanding, featuring very stylish interior design, space and peace! Possibly one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in and easily compensated...

"This used to be called Sazi Hotel, I stayed there in May 2024 and it was okay. Now that is it the Level hotel… so many upgrades have been made and it’s a great little hotel. If you stay here, plan on staying at the luxury rooms only! I will stay here anytime I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

"Staff were awesome. Special thanks to Cassie and Alex for help with our travel plans. Room was small but adequate. Not 5 star but awesome for the price. Bed was only 6 inches from wall on one side so this was inconvenient but bed and bedding was lovely and comfy. Appreciated daily bottles of water, tea and fabulous instant cappuccino. "It seems to be a new hotel as it’s very clean, very confortable(bed and pillow are very comfy) and everything seems new. There was no curtain in our bathroom and people around could see us showering. There is a cafe downstair and sometimes its crowded with locals. Overall a good and clean hotel for the price. I sometime felt like the cafe was more important than the hotels tho."
