"Well, I picked this b&b because of all the great reviews and have to disagree. I stay over 180 days a night in hotels and b&bs (for personal travel) and this place was unique. It was like staying at your friend's grandparents' place where you didn't know if you were really welcomed or not. "We stayed for 6 nights in Oct/Nov.Lovely en-suite room,clean and comfortable,we had access to a small balcony arrear which must be lovely in summer. Hotel staff very helpful(found information for us re trains etc). Accommodation just 10 mins walk from train station, and 5 mins walk to Lake and boat/ferries. Has a small "fitness" room with tread mill and exercise bike, also an electronic massage chair that was great fun."

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Nicola. Leur Bed&Breakfast est charmant, très bien situé a la campagne tout en étant à proximité des sites à visiter. Les hôtes sont très réactifs dans les échanges de mails. Notre chambre était très jolie, très fonctionnelle, climatisation indispensable avec la chaleur ! "We felt like family, Melissa and her husband are very warm, friendly and supportive. She reserved us a seat in the nearby Restaurant and even wanted to drive us there. "Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff...

"Incredible location. You step out the door and you're right in the heart of town. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the apartment was very modern and clean. Parking is a couple blocks away but it was an easy walk through the pedestrian alleys. We were blown away by the charm and beatiful setting of Desenzano. "
