"침대 푹신하고 작은 캐리어 펼치고 생활할 수 있어요. 침대도 넓고 침대헤드에 콘센트 있어서 편해요. 근데 불 끄는건 좀 불편함 1인실은 욕조없어요. 샤워부스 작아서 불편한데 그거말고는 다 좋았어요. 커피포트도 있고 난방 잘되고 창문도 있어서 환기도 가능. 방음 안된다고 하던데 잘돼요. 암막커튼 일 개잘하니까 알람 여러개 맞추세요. 직원도 친절해요. 재방문 의사 있음."

"This is perfect if you just want a place to stay before an early flight or after a late night out. The hotel is literally above the Fukuoka Airport Line. My only advice is to keep in mind that this is NOT the location right next to Hakata Station (there are 2 with the same name) "

"Property was filthy. There was black mold and my wife had an asthma attack. There were appliances falling off the wall. Hair on the bed when we got there. The kitchen was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned before we got there."

"I ended up not staying at this hotel, as Expedia was not clear and highlighting anything about the SHARED BATHROOM situation, but other than factor, this hotel is excellently decorated - very minimalist with all the right touches - and the staff was exceptional, especially Imaizumi, who was a great communicator and full of understanding of what my dissatisfaction was about the place. She ended up letting me book another hotel within the same mother company, so it was a win-win for both parties. "

"The experience is great. Room is clean and well equipped. It is also prepared with ample towels, bathing needs, and hair dryers."

"Overall the staff were very nice except one who work on Jan 08 morning shift at 10a.m., I asked her if possible to change my room, since l got room 301 which is very dark, she repeat twice very brunt - できない! without asking why. I don't think it was the right way to client as I was not demand for a room change, I was asking her nicely - if possible or not. Other than her, rest of the staff were very helpful : )"
