The staff has always treated me, with a smile at check-in.They go out of their way, to accommodate any special requests. Housekeeping is exceptional, with my guest room always very clean. "Took the grandkids to hotel for a weekend. Parking was a nightmare! They wanted to go swimming and the pool was wonderfully warm. The pool room was a little chilly. There were no towels for the pool and when I went out to ask, a very busy desk person said that they were in the laundry room and she would get to it as soon as she could.
