"Very clean comfortable cottage. We stayed for 4 days in March. It was cold but the heat works great! The boat house is nice for playing cards etc and you can fish in Spring creek right off the back of the boat house. There was tons of wildlife. We saw a beaver, geese, mallard ducks, a porcupine, 2 mink and a muscrat in the creek. Great stay and highly recommend."

"This house was perfect!! We were staying for a cheerleading competition so we had a few teen girls staying plus moms. The house was perfect for us. Us moms all had our own bedroom and the girls shared the bunk room. It was perfect to get ready and have space. The park across the street was nice for the girls to get some fresh air. "It is an older home. It was perfect for a one night stay. Things that could be improved: The steps were somewhat cleared of snow, the driveway was not. It should have been cleared. We were able to pull one car onto the drive, but the smaller car would have gotten stuck and had to park in the street.There were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms. We had to use the dish soap from the kitchen and wash cloths to dry. It also would have been nice to have a top sheet on the bed and not just the...

"This is our second year at this home. It’s perfect for our family to visit the area around the holidays. The home has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful lakefront. "

We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer!
