"A simple check in process. Excellent location within minutes of restaurants/bars and a quick walk to all the major sights. Property was very clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The only issue was the noisy entry system that sent video and audio into the room when other guests were trying to enter. It made for some interrupted sleep. Other guests were also frequently loud in entering the property. Shame as this spoiled the accommodation somewhat. "

This small boutique hotel is located at a 2 min walking distance from the basilica of saint Antonio and has all the attributes of a 4-star hotel ( although rated only 2, which is definitely not the case), starting from the very modern nicely furnished rooms to the excellent breakfast with pastries coming from the best pastry shop in town, freshly squeezed orange juice...

"The hotel has clearly been renovated in the last few years as the decor is amazing with carefully placed retro TVs and radios contrasting a modern style. The room was basic but importantly had good speed free WiFi in the room and a good desk to work on. It was spotless and had a new bathroom with a good size shower. The floors are quite high so there were quite a lot of stairs to get up to the second floor. The choice of food for breakfast is a little limited but not unusual for Italian hotels....

The reasons are simple and they are: a) reasonably priced overall, b) friendly and helpful staff, c) run as a small family business- this really makes me want to support these aspects of the society as it is the heartbeat of the local community there, d) close to a number of amenities and public transport- the tram line is very close by so you can access different parts...

The website had stated there were maps available but there was no information at all!
