Ronaldo and his wife were amazing hosts, My arrival time changed and he had no problem picking me up at the dock very late at 10 pm. accommodation was very cosy with an incredible view of the lake. I was worried about the room being cold but the bed had so many fantastic, comforters and blankets on it I was warm all night and had a fantastic sleep. This honesty is further out form the other home stays, closer to where they originally were located which means you get less tour boats driving past and privacy. The day tour to the community islands was fantastic. the food is simple and delicious! As it’s an island I would bring more snacks or drinks as there is no where to purchase them. Wifi works for basic stuff. Easy to arrange the pick up, the host will be at the port and drop you off whenever you...

"Nice place, quiet, great views. There were some communication issues in the beginning and issues getting there. Once that was clear, it was cool. Also, there were some additional charges that were not clearly explained out in the original reservation but it was a nice place and good host. 4/5"

"Staying on the Uros islands is highly recommended. The rate includes amazing breakfast and Dinners cooked for you. As well as boat transportation from Puno to the hotel. The staff arranged a tour for us to Taquile island and the rest of the parts of Uros islands. The cultural experience is amazing. The staff were so nice and attended to our every need. You won't get a chance ti stay on a floating island made of reeds anywhere else so we highly advise you to try it!"
