"The location is excellent. Beachfront room was absolutely gorgeous. $14 resort fee was not disclosed at the time of Expedia booking .when I inquired about what’s included in resort fee, the answer was access to the pool, etc. Temperature was 40° and I don’t think they should’ve charged this. I requested for an hour late check out, but was denied."

"Customer service was friendly and accommodating when I requested for additional hour pass the depart time. I ask they have a stronger lighting for parking especially in the back of the building and improveme in thr front. Too many dark areas for safety concern. For an older building, it's well maintained. May need to update some work on the bathroom tiles since they all seem to be loose and uneven. I still recommend coming back to this hotel."

"Great price, breakfast & room. Only 2 nights but didn’t get any cleaning services. Out all day & came back to full trash, unmaid bed and our uses towels still in a pile was the only negative. Will definitely stay there again though. Of longer than 2 nights and no cleaning service I will let the hotel know."
