She even answered the phone right away when we called from our room with a little issue and offered to switch our rooms. We declined because it really wasn't that big of a deal. Leroy from Maintenance was at our door with in minutes to with the solution to our problem and told us to call him if we needed any more assistance and he would be by in a jiffy to fix anything! "the heater was not working, i asked for another room instead i was given a space heater, some of the lights on either side of the bed did not work either. it is a convenient location, and the rooms are equipped with refrigerator, microwave and there is a laundry room on each floor. I will be back! price wise it is a deal. In our first visit there were no issues."

"This property is currently undergoing renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable and away from the mess of the renovations. On the down side - on one of the nights when we returned to our room after a long day of helping our son move, we found our door was left ajar, which is how the cleaning staff leaves the door while cleaning. It was a bit unsettling to say the least considering anyone could have gone into the room. Fortunately, we had been taking our valuables with us each day."
