Went to the desk and they told us to go across the street knowing that we had to go 14 minutes away to check in first to get a code.... Very frustrating after driving 9 hrs with a baby in the car and having everyone sit in the car while we ran around and had to make 3 calls for the security dept on the front door to be told to go to a different address to check in when the lady at the desk knew that"
