"It was excellent stay in very convenient location. We were allowed to check in early in the morning. So we could explore Houston attractions including the downtown aquarium."

"There was no phone in our room, even when we requested for it multiple times, still none. They kept saying maintenance will bring it. Nothing. And the towels were terrible. But manageable. Other than that, everything else was okay."

My only complaint is at check in I got a room and the key didn't work so went back to office to get fixed and no one at window, so I had waited an hour to get fixed, got new key didn't work, so after all the back and forth I finally was given another room 2 hours after check it time I was finally able to get in a room to go to sleep "
