"I stayed here for 3 weeks. Nice room. Bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Nice balcony. Nice tv. Staff are nice. Bed is a little too firm for me. If it had a mattress topper it would be great. My only complaint about the hotel is the street noise. It's not the hotels fault but on 3rd road there is a lot of noise. The "normal" traffic is not bad but the people who make their motorbikes loud on purpose are annoying as hell. The hotel sits in the bend of 3rd road and right in front the road...

"The room was absolutely amazing.. Prefect. The only 2 issues are, the stairs and the main door is to thin. I could hear everyone as they came to their rooms in the middle of the night.. And even from the one room next to mine the people were annoyingly loud at 6:30 in the morning.. But that being said it was an incredible property.. The owner Matt is great and his whole staff was amazing.. I would definitely stay again. "

"This property is kept clean! My room was clean & the building appeared well kept. No elevator would be an issue for many & the stairs are somewhat steep and the step itself is short meaning your entire foot does not fit on step. Any physical issues or difficulties with stairs would be an issue for such clientele but physically stable & healthy are ok. Nice hotel close to busy part of Soi Buakhau you will less than 2 mins to street front. I think for the price it is a good bargain"
