Across the street from the beach, around the corner from Central Fedtival Mall, next to all transportation and walkable to night bazaar and walking street amongst other things. The two pools and huge lobby are a great plus. Highly recommended property for the price point.

Well presented property all in close proximity of local eatiries, shopping and transport. Staff are well presented and helpful. They provide a good diverse breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again on my return to Pattaya.

The Bayview is a charming hotel close to Pattaya beach front. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, although the beds can be quite firm. Despite being close to the beach and main street, the rooms are quiet.

Singh from USA:Hotel is newly renovated and it is neat and clean.Rooms are spacious and very clean and bathroom are also good size and always very clean.Service staff is really good and always ready to help me especially Feel and Afoffe front desk boys helped me a lot.Mr Yao also helped me a lot.In the breakfast there are lots of varieties and it is very fresh and delicious especially egg station.I ate dinner in hotel restaurant which was so fresh and delicious.I would definitely going to stay in this hotel when I will visit Thailand next time.

This is a beautiful Hotel with easy access to the beach, shops, bars, mall, in either direction wether its from the beach side or city side. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Pattaya!

Very solid hotel; the rooms were nice, facilities & amenities good, front desk was flexible, very good breakfast, good location. No complaints at all. I rate this 5 star given international travel, probably 4 star in the US. Quiet rooms. My only nitpick might be the somewhat dark walkway from the main street up the hotel driveway to the entrance (there's not a walking path).

We like this property, we were just checked in on an area where there was no elevator. It was a little tiring after a long time of walking around the area. Also, there were mosquitoes. We were presuming because they had little fish ponds. We had to rush in and out of the room so we won't be infested. Overall, the room was clean, walking distance to everywhere and staff were friendly.
