Property presentable on pictures, however reality is somewhat different. Mattress and bedding could use a major upgrade. Pillows and comforter stinky, for me #1 failure! 2nd insisting on Cash deposit only and you claim to be a world class?? When a guest asks for a n extension towel please provide 1 and do not claim that the room has been cleaned already and all the towels provided, will not earn you a good review.

The location is great. It's close to the popular areas and still in quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying if coming to pattaya.

All of the staff was very helpful, friendly, polite, and respectful. Always greated me and my travel companions with smiles. Jean at the front desk was always available to answer questions and help us out.

Ok, but WiFi suspect!!
I found the hotel ok. Cleanliness staff very good. Service staff very helpful. Thunderstorm meant no TV for 18 hours. The real bone of contention which a lot would feel unnecessary is the 2,000 baht deposit. The room good size but cheap fitments.
