"Staff was excellent. Liked dining area. Although upgrades have been made, disliked scarred bathtub, beat up lampshades, light coming in from around the room door, exhaust fan was on when bathroom light was on-too noisy and hallway carpet was not laid properly. Although it looked new, it was wrinkled. Did any of these dislikes make a difference in my stay? No. I would stay there again."

"The property was nice and very easy to get to. It is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hot Springs. The room was clean and comfortable except for some stains on the carpet. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The lady running the breakfast did an excellent job of making sure that there was plenty of food available. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was clean. Overall the hotel smelled like cigarettes even on the non smoking halls I did tell staff several times no need to service room, but they did anyways. Not that big of a deal, just didn't feel heard Did charge $100 extra deposit. Was refunded. Didn't know that was going to happen"
