"This was our first time in Little Rock. We were there to see the eclipse. We were within walking distance to everything, downtown, brewery's, etc. We were there two nights and did not have to drive anywhere. The accommodations were very nice. We especially enjoyed sitting out front in the evenings."

"Great safe place to stay. Comfy beds but bring an extra pillow. The space was clean and practical for our one night stay. It’s very minimal dishes and linens. There was 1 plate and 2 bowls. Coffee pot but no mugs. And only 1 small highball glass. But it was practical for what we needed a clean safe place to stay for 1 night. Very convenient location for an event at the arena. I would stay here again! "

"I stayed in Hot Springs for a weekend, drove down on Friday afternoon and drove right through the shopping area and it was all lit up and decorated for Christmas. I stopped by a few cute shops, found a local Farmer’s Market and Running a 5K or something and most dress in Christmas wear. I like pillows and I had read a review about the pillows and there were any 6 pillows, I would have used more, lol, the space was perfect and all my needs were met. "Awesome place for a quick stay. Right on the water. Peaceful, quiet. Very clean. Kitchen stocked with utensils. Would definitely book again!"

"The location was perfect; quiet neighborhood, short walk to downtown, even shorter walk to local restaurants and just a hop to the National Park trails! Everything was clean and well maintained. Hosts are on site, super friendly and very helpful in recommending things to do! Deck overlooks national park and animals (deer, raccoons, armadillo) would play and graze above us. Mattress was SUPER comfortable and bathroom was large and good water pressure. All around perfect!"
