"I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. "The staff is wonderful and some of the best in person customer service you will see in Brazilian hospitality. The food is great as well activities for kids. Pool service is fast and efficient. But rooms need upgrading and towels are super thin. "
