"It was a little difficult to find as it's set back from the main road. My Satnav found the right address but after driving round a one-way system several times, I had to leave my car in a nearby carpark then go looking on foot. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony and separate bathroom and toilet. I'd asked for breakfast at 8am as I had a long drive ahead of me. I was about to leave without breakfast when someone arrived a little after 8am to open up. It was hardly worth hanging around...

"Overally good, a bit difficult to access metro, and no fridge in the room though. Good breskfast, nice staff. One of the staff kept staying in the kitchen when we were having breakfast and was like he wa watching us!! :)"

"Stayed here for one night on our way to Turin choose hotel as cheap and near railway station. Whilst basic it was clean and beds very comfortable . You could get pizza here but we walked 5 mins into novara its self for evening meal . Check in fine and check out just involved posting key into key box"
