"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"I really liked this hotel. The service we received was very friendly. They store your luggage if you arrive very early or leave late. It's very well located, a 15-minute walk from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral). There are many dining options nearby. A very affordable convenience store is 2 minutes away. Hot water in the bathroom.
