"The hotel is centrally located, however the address listed on Expedia is incorrect. The first room with two beds we stayed wasn’t great and the bathroom had issues. We were charged for a room although we called ahead of time to advise the hotel we would return in a day and to keep our remaining luggage in the lobby. "We booked to stay for 10 days as it was closer to the airport and they have free shuttle. The room we booked was upgraded to Deluxe as we were booked for 10days. The staff were all nice and kind, very friendly and approachable. The air condition seems new, it helped a lot to beat the summer heat in the Philippines, specially coming from Canada it was very helpful. The only thing we noticed there was no microwave or hair drier but otherwise excellent service and the hotel was walking...
