She also added a heater to my room to help heat it up (without me asking). She was very friendly and confirmed where I could grab some food. "I have been coming to this part of the Russian River for well over a decade. I had stayed here at this very property many years ago while under its previous ownership. It will now be on my list of go to spots to stay. The upgrades that the current owner has done are tasteful and modern while still holding on to the areas rustic charm. "If you want to try glamping this is a nice location to do it. The area is far enough away to be rural with only a few blocks walk to downtown and great places to eat. One recommendation I would have for the location. Is to go over the rules of the property with everyone and provide a phone number when there is an issue. The house is quite beautiful, with an interior patio, outdoor deck, and hot tub area. The room with 3 beds was a bit cramped for several adults but workable.
