You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

4.5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 2 Kitchens, 180 degree views and a 'Man Cave'

This is a "Family Friendly" House. Great for socializing. There have been far too many 'multi-generational' parties and celebrations here to count.

The HOUSE features:

- UPPER (Main) Floor has Three Bedrooms, Two Baths and a bonus Sun Room we call the 'lady cave' that has a reading chair and futon couch.
- LOWER (Ground) Floor is a separate Studio apartment with its own private entrance and is complete with full kitchen and full bath. We have it set up 'man cave' style with two TV's, a pool table and hide-a-bed.
- Panoramic, almost 180 degree views from the main level. You can see from Point Reyes in the South all the way through Bodega Bay, Doran Beach and Bodega Harbor to the North.
- Easy five (5) minute stroll to Doran Beach. You arrive at Doran Beach on the South end where to the left are the rocks and tide pools (at low tide) and to the right the full two miles of the beach.
- Full Southern exposure in the living room, dining area, kitchen, and Master bedroom.
- Large rear deck with seven (7) person hot tub, patio table and gas bar-b-que.
- Private rear yard behind the deck - we believe that is one of only two in the entire subdivision. Great for a little quiet time or for those of you traveling with dogs.


Our GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION neighborhood features:

- Public golf course. Bring your clubs and play the course known lovingly as 'The poor man's Pebble Beach.' But call ahead and try to get a morning tee time so you don't get caught trying to play in the afternoon winds.
- Public restaurant and bar called the 'Bluewater Bistro.' Just a short walk withing the subdivision from our place. The views are great, especially from the bar.
- Public playground for the little ones. Next door to the bar and restaurant.
- Easy walk from our house to the beach. About 5 minutes.

The house was built in the early 1970's and we love that vibe as well as the family friendly vibe mentioned above. Some recent upgrades and the dates done:

Wonderful weekend!
Our family really enjoyed everything about the house. The kids loved the pool table and the arcade game. The adults loved the view and the ease of using everything in the house. Also, thanks to the comprehensive handbook we received before checking in we learned about the easy walking path down to the beach and the incredible tide pools! We can’t wait to book our next stay!

Enjoy the View
Perfect place for three senior adults (75+) and three young adults (18-27). Places for gathering together, and spaces for individual activities. The only downside was the challenging access to get into the house itself… once inside, everything was basically one level. The views of the Bay were truly awesome.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house has great amenities, is very spacious, and clean! We love this location and the view was gorgeous! People of all ages will enjoy this home. Bonuses were the old school arcade video game and hot tub!! The owner was kind, responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back soon!

Great location. And this house was family/kid friendly! Easy walk or drive to the beach. It’s definitely 3 regular bedrooms plus 1.5 areas for additional sleeping arrangements. We had 6 adults and 4 children - plenty of space. Fun!

A house binder would be nice explaining what was expected on checkout. Directions on how to turn off parental control on TV. Detail the description of the hight of bath & shower, (they need Balance bars). The two cement steps should be colored or high lighted to prevent tripping. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Just pointing out some possible improvements.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Bodega Bay. The house comfortably accommodated our family and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool table, hot tub, and game console. The view from the kitchen and family room is terrific, with a panoramic view of the bay and ocean. We enjoyed lots of hiking and eating fresh seafood during our stay.

We had a wonderful time in Bodega Harbor at Jonathan's lovely well-stocked home. The roomy layout offered plenty of space for our crew of 7. We loved all the amenities, including multiple TVs, a pool table, hot tub, and grill. The house is also perfectly located on a hill with views of the ocean and near beautiful hikes. Great home for families
This was our second stay at this home. It is perfect for two families. There are plenty of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. Everything is provided. Just bring food. Kitchen has all the dishes, utensils and pots you need. The hot tub is huge. The kids will love the “man cave” as there is a pool table and two tvs. We love this home!

Very comfortable home where lasting memories were made!!
We are 4 moms with 6 kids that all went to preschool together. 4 which will be entering the 2nd grade and 2 entering kindergarten. We all were so comfortable in the house. It is big enough to accommodate a large crowd, lived in enough to be comfortable yet every thing is very nice. It was a nice walk to the beautiful beach and the kids loved the hot tub!! Would definitely recommend!!

When contacted Jonathan was able to get BBQ grill replaced within 2 days. House was spacious with unbelievable views. Wish man cave was connected to inside of house. If you have a dog verify that the dog run fence has been replaced. Dated house but it was in our price range

Wonderful for the family.
Clean house. Well appointed kitchen! Gorgeous views! Hot tub. Big bedrooms. Comfortable living room. Its simple as the owner says but had everything we needed and more. The hard drive in the living room is a bit loud. Didnt bug us. The tv has a quirk, but we had a millenial with us who figured it out. Thank you for a relaxing vacation! We hope to come back.

Where was the 4th bedroom?
Property advertised 4.5 bedrooms AND a man cave. There were 3 bedrooms! Man cave was not a bedroom! This did create an issue for us!
