"The only thing i would change is the late check in and early check out. 4 to 11 is too short."

"Joanna and Esther at the front desk were very gracious and helped make our stay with two cats very pleasant. It was a tough time for us because we were near one of the LA fires, so we took off as a precaution, and the hospitality here was great! Joanna was incredibly welcoming and informative. If there was a Joanna at every front desk, every place would have five stars! "

"It was very clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room 😞 Like the covered semi underground parking! The train made sleeping a bit hard. The tracks couldn't be any closer! Right off the 5 freeway, very convenient. I booked our stay here for the jetted spa bathtub but. Found out later only the rooms with 1 king bed have them. That wasn't going to work being that we were in town for my son's baseball tournament. Overall I would stay here again!"
