"This is a quaint facility iwth plenty of porch/open areas to enjoy a view of the beautiful beach. Staff is very helpful and polite and the breakfast is great! definately would recommend this lttle gem!"

"Our stay was great. We wanted an affordable place for our family of four for a week with a view of the ocean and an easy drive to Disneyland for a couple of the days. This place fit the bill perfectly! The pool was heated and we had it mostly to ourselves every day. It was great to watch the sun set over the ocean from the hot tub! We visited the games room on one of the rainy days and played some pool, shuffleboard, and foosball, and the kids had fun. We also borrowed bikes one of the days from the activity room, and really enjoyed our ride along the oceanfront across the street. There were a couple areas being renovated, but we didn't hear any noise from the work (the "outdatedness" seemed to be something many others mentioned in their reviews... they're actively upgrading a few areas). One of the other complaints we read beforehand was that there would be pressure to sign up to buy a vacation timeshare, but other than a quick mention of there being a presentation IF we were interested (which we weren't), it was never mentioned again during our eight-night stay. Overall, the grounds were well-kept, our room was comfortable, and the little kitchen was well-appointed with everything we were looking for during our stay (we ate breakfast and lunch at the room most days). People who like to complain could surely find something to complain about anywhere, but we personally had no issues with anything at all during our stay! "

"The best part of this stay is the location. You will feel like you are getting away from it all even though restaurants and groceries are minutes away along with excursions out of Dana Point Harbor. The property opens up to a patio that is right on the beach with a fire pit to enjoy the sound of waves and cool evenings. The kitchen is little small but there is room for dining and gathering in the two communal spaces along with another small living room off the kitchen. The bathrooms are clean, one older and one updated. The bath linens are amazing and they even include toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The two queen bedrooms are small but nice. The bunk bed room is perfect for a large group to have 6 beds."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "
