The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. The internet was not working during our stay, and there was no safety locker in our room, nor in reception. We were like the only people staying there. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. "We love reflections guest farm and we go there every year. All units have everything you need. Very comfortable, aircon,braai facilities, TV and nice bathrooms. The view of the lawns and the dam is food for the soul."

"A great place to stay with lots of space and thoughtful touches. A lovely welcome from Joanna when we arrived. There is a very good restaurant that often has musicians playing nearby, the Courtyard. Great to have secure parking. The place does need a little TLC but all very doable. Also the smell of the jasmine in the garden was beautiful "
