"Had refrigerator and microwave with small coffee maker in room. The only couple of suggestions would be a couple more waste baskets and some hand towels and facecloths as there was only 2 bath towels and they were large and so soft. Will definitely stay again."

"This is a very dated property, and the property's location down winding side roads was hard to find and not very close to Grass Valley/ Nevada City. The facility dates back to the 1960's, and it shows its age and some neglect. Little has been done to maintain or update it. All that said, the staff was nice, and they do offer one of the few opportunities for short term accommodations at a reasonable price. For that reason, it is adequate for a short stay for the budget conscious if you're willing...
