"The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."

"Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner.
