Fine for a 3 star but very noisy from the traffic outside. Also the fire alarm went off late at night and reception didn’t have a clue what to do about it so it went off for a long time

Já fiquei várias vezes aí e pela segunda vez esqueci algo no quarto e liguei assim que sai pra dizer que esqueci hoje uma camiseta e a recepcionista com muita má vontade disse que eu tinha que ligar amanhã sendo que eu tinha acabado de sair .. daí pediu que ligasse após 20 minutos .. quando liguei ela disse que não tinha nenhuma camiseta no quarto … impossível não estar no quarto pois eu tenho certeza que tirei ela da mala tirei uma foto dela …que na verdade era da minha amiga a camiseta … enfim … da outra vez esqueci um fone e quando liguei falaram que iam deixar na recepção pq estava no quarto e quando fui buscar não estava na recepção e falaram que não tinha sido encontrado… pra vcs podem não importar itens perdidos mas pros hóspedes pode ter utilidade e sentimento por algum item pessoal … no dia de hoje 20/10/2024 fiquei extremamente chateada … e hoje tbem ficamos presos no elevador tocamos a campainha e após 7 minutos deu sinal no celular do meu marido e ele ligou no hotel pra informar que estávamos presos lá … serviço cara e sem qualidade
