"A nice hotel in the walking area of downtown. The gentleman working at check-in was absolutely wonderful and very helpful with restaurants and activities. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was fine once the water warmed up. Be aware there is no elevator service if you are above the fourth floor (which we were). "The hostel was nice and clean. It is close to Rossio square and walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately the street outside the hostel is noisy with drinks and is a little sketchy. I felt safe as I was with my partner. I may have felt differently if I was traveling alone. "

"My husband and I stayed 4 nights in the city view room. Exceptionally clean, functional room, great views to Jorge’s Castle. Linen was clean and fresh and housekeeping was good.
