The house was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay and there were supermarkets within a 10 minute's drive. Vasco was a great host and available whenever we had any questions. "We had a wonderful stay in Father’s House Beach House. The house was very clean and modern with a lovely pool & garden. It was the perfect place to relax. We walked through the forest to the beach every day. Steep climb but worth it. Huge, mainly deserted beach which was really picturesque with amazing sunsets. It’s also possible to walk to the village where there are some nice cafes and restaurants. Contact with the host was really good. He sent lots of info prior to check-in & checked on us...

"The location was within 15 mins walking from the beach but... going uphill, makes the best cardio stress test you can get for a while. The property is located far away from the main streets of the city which is good (for the noise) but bad if you intend to walk there, for the reasons already mentioned. The owners should fix the bidet plugs, put new bathroom curtains- one cheap one felt and the other was clogging continuously the drain (too long). Some pottery was old/rusty so not good for...

"Im Großen und Ganzen sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Wir hatten die Hoffnung, dass man die knapp 2km auch mal zu Fuß an den Strand laufen kann. Allerdings schaffen das nur Hartgesottene, da es keinen Gehweg gibt. Mit Kindern oder Surfboard leider nicht möglich. Wenn man genauer hinschaut, merkt man, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Grundsätzlich ist es aber sehr gut ausgestattet und der kleine Pool macht v.a. den Kids viel Spaß, gerade bei 30 Grad+"
