"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Convenient location close to everything restaurants, shops. The staff was really nice and helpful, one thing also is good is it quiet at night great for families."

"The property is lovely. The owner and staff are fantastic and 2 adorable dogs. The only downfall was the temperature in the rooms. Granted it was very rainy and chilly outside but a space heater would have been fantastic. Bring warm pajamas!"
