"This is a great little hotel in a fantastic area-Pinares. Everything is five stars- room, comfort, customer service, breakfast and most of all very safe and clean. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Very quiet at night so you’ll get a good night sleep. A short 10-15 minute walk to very nice restaurants at Sonoma. Overall an excellent stay. "

"After having a confirmed and paid for reservation , upon arrival at the hotel the incompetent front desk clerk could not find my booking ! As I began discussing his incompetence in using his phone , computer he got flustered and called the police..!!! After showing the police my confirmed res and paid visa receipt they took my side and nearly arrested the ignorant clerk. "

"I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges.
