"Good place to stay"

"The hotel itself is good. A bit expensive. The area used to be 'nice' outside. Now too much trafic. The sidewalks and street in the surrounding area must be updated and make new ans clean. I think I may stay in a hotel of compatible quality and service but that is not so crowded. The area has to improve to change my mind. At least have available better prices for repeat customers like me."

"Wow ! Great location in Pereira and such a good value for the price ! An hotel like this in the U.S or Canada is at least 2 times the price ! Great free breakfast, very nice roof top restaurant and jacuzzis ! Right in front of plaza Bolivar Pereira ! "

"Middle of nature reserve , beautiful verdant location. Wonderful included breakfast . We had dinner twice at the restaurant , was delicious and flavorful . Staff attentive. New property, some advertised facilities are not available - No spa, airport shuttle as advertised . Rooms were nice size and rustic to go with natural reserve theme .They have some issues with drainage , Bathrooms were smelly , very offputting . Room configuration bit weird - doorway to shower area . No doors to shower , only half glass door with full visibility of shower from room . Other Glass wall of shower faces outer hallway - can easily fix with some curtains. Overall nice , with a few tweaks can be better . "

" Our stay in Waka Mountain Retreat in Salento was fantastic! Although getting to the hotel was a bit inconvenient due to the dirt road that initially seemed sketchy, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived. The location is perfect, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of the forest while actually being just a 5-minute walk from the town. The rooms are beautifully decorated, combining the natural environment with modern comforts. The food was amazing for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to Carlos at the reception and Albany in the restaurant for being so nice and helpful. The only downside was the rooms next to the main building, which have a large window that can be bothersome due to the lack of privacy and noise barrier. We could hear everything when there were food deliveries to the restaurant or pick-ups for excursions, as if there were no walls. However, when we requested to switch rooms, the staff accommodated our request, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend booking a room away from the main building for a more peaceful experience! "
