"Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement"

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 ! "

"This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure.
