O Matheus, recepcionista da pousada foi muito prestativo e simpático conosco. Ficamos na suíte master da pousada e sinceramente não achei isso tudo que está nas fotos. Não vale o preço. Estacionamento ruim, piscina pequena, café da manhã ok. A pousada fica localizada bem próximo de lumiar.

Razoável, o atendimento muito bom, todos muito educados, mas a pousada é antinga e alguém que tenha dificuldade de locomoção, não é uma boa escolha, apesar que para nós, não foi problema. O quarto, muito pequeno, nao tem onde colocar as roupas, deixamos na mala. Ventilador, muito baixo, se levantar a mão, bate, mas é um detalhe que a pousada não tem culpa, pois é um chalé, sendo que pessoas mais altas, é desaconselhado. No geral, para pouco tempo e, a pessoa não sendo muito exigente, até recomendo, tem uma boa localização, perto do centro, com boa vontade, da até para ir a pé, o retorno que é um pouco complicado, pois tem uma rampa, bem íngreme. Café da manhã justo.

Cama de casal e nao king, conforme o site, banheiro ruim, atendimento de Anita e outra colega, que nao quiz se identificar, PÉSSIMO. A unica pessoa que nos atendeu BEM, foi MYACHE(amável ,educada) Cade da manhã previsto às 8,15 horas e as 8,20 nao estava pronto. O pagamento da minha estadia foi feito em duplicidade (SITE E POUSADA) e pra complicar, a ANITA questionou o meu pagamento no site como sendo IMPOSSÍVEL. bem como minha honestidade na presença de todos os hóspedes no cafe da manhã. Naooooo recomendo.
