"The service is good, the customer service is good. The ladies that work the desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean especially the rooms. But they are making some upgrades so i wasnt worried about the hallway cleanliness. Theyre going to change those! I loved my stay at the redroof inn. My only thing is i really wish that had somw smoking rooms, or at least charged an extra refundable deposit for smokers. After they checked to make sure nothing was burnt! Because they have really nice...

"Good hotel, very clean and great service. However, because there was a problem with our heater, the management had to move us to another room, which was a little inconvenient but doable. Second room was great! And we had stayed here on our way to our destination so we knew it was a good place to stay on the way back. Would happily recommend it.
