"NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER,, I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THE WOMAN THERE SAID ALL THE ROOMS WERE LIKE THAT & CHANGING MY ROOM WOULD HAVE THE SAME RESULT,, LITTLE DID SHE KNOW I STOOD THERE THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND I KNOW THEY HAD JUST CHANGED THE WATER HEATER SO SHE'S A LIAR "

"The security guard told me I shouldn’t park in handicap even though I have a plaquard. He was rude. The television had spotty service like it was buffering all the time. Bathroom tub had red stains all over it. "

"Two queen beds with a sofa bed suite room was where we stayed at. The room was really clean and was large enough for the family with little kids. One small thing was shampoo. That menthol mint smelled good but made my hair really coarse on the day after. Other than that, yes definitely I will come back! "

"Pool looked was dirty - we would not use. Hallways could use a vacuum- I think you should change out some of the carpet where you have stains. Our room was fine- but drywall in bathroom needs repair. Screws coming out on shower curtain - I tied to tighted them up. Holes could be filled in in shower where grab bar was. Garabge out side and around building could be picked up. A lot of little thing go a long way. "
