The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "
